Director of HR People Experience

We are not looking for an HR generalist. We already know what HR does.

We staff, train, and manage the people who work inside luxury residential buildings, hotels, and public spaces across New York — porters, superintendents, front desk, concierge, valet, security. When a resident walks through their lobby, the person they see is ours. That interaction is the product.

Our industry is moving from filling shifts to delivering an experience. Most of our competitors have not noticed. We intend to be the company that proves it can be done at scale — and that gets decided by how our people are hired, trained, and held to a standard.

That is this job. You own the full employee lifecycle for 450 —1,000 employees across every property and service line, and you own the standard those employees are held to.
