Join a growing construction services team focused on expanding business with commercial clients. This role is ideal for a motivated salesperson who enjoys building relationships, prospecting, and working independently in the field.

*Responsibilities:*
• Prospect and cold call commercial building owners and businesses
• Generate new business through in-person meetings and community networking
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients
• Travel throughout assigned territories to identify sales opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales goals through consistent outreach

*Qualifications:*
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working on the road
