*Description:*
A well-established substance use treatment provider is launching a new peer-to-peer services division, connecting clients to Certified Recovery Peer Advocates through a network of partner agencies. They need a bold, high-energy leader to launch the division and build it from the ground up.

*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute the division's business plan from launch onward
- Build the intake process for evaluating and authorizing client referrals
- Build the compliance and billing functions as volume grows
- Secure partner agency and referral relationships to grow the network
- Set up systems and workflows for the division to scale

*Qualifications:*
- Experience managing external partner or vendor networks in healthcare/regulated services
- Experience with intake, utilization review, or eligibility processes
- Healthcare compliance and billing/invoicing experience
- Bold, entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives on launching something new
