Job description
JOB SUMMARY
The Sr HR Analyst ensures the effective use, maintenance, and security of Oracle and UKG, tailored to meet the needs of operations—covering payroll, compliance, integration, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
Administer and configure specific modules (e.g., job codes, certifications).
Maintain data quality through regular audits, uploads, and troubleshooting.
Manage user roles and access rights, ensuring compliance (e.g., SOX, OSHA).
Develop HR dashboards/reports: turnover, certifications, field performance, compliance.
Analyze and forecast workforce trends—e.g., seasonal hiring, training efficacy.
Support HRIS initiatives, including HR-to-payroll/timekeeping integrations.
Conduct testing and system updates for patches or module implementation.
Provide Level 1–3 support for HR teams, technicians, and managers.
Create documentation and conduct training on HRIS usage for all staff.
Ensure alignment with privacy and regulatory standards: data protection, labor laws, certifications.
Maintain audit trails and support external/internal compliance reviews.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
IIBA CBAP certification, preferred.
3-5 years of experience in programming and systems analysis related activities.
Deep configuration knowledge, including modules, reporting, and security.
L3 support and regression testing for module updates/releases.
Integration with job scheduling, payroll, and project accounting tools.
Documentation of system changes for field compliance and audit readiness.
Ability to learn and support new applications and systems.
Knowledge of computer/computational science, data analysis, programming technologies, concepts, and techniques.
Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
Ability to make informed decisions on a wide range of complex business and technical issues.
Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule and others' work schedules on a short- and long-term basis to meet deadlines and business needs.
Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to the system's needs.
Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.
