About the Role
You'll own a cluster of healthcare facilities across Georgia, keeping each site's on-the-ground team supported, aligned, and performing at its best. This is a field-first role — you'll be on-site regularly, building rapport with facility staff, making sure every location is trained up and running at full strength, and holding the line on the enrollment and service standards clients count on. It's built for someone who'd rather solve problems in person than manage from a desk (and yes, all travel is fully covered).
Key Responsibilities
Facility Oversight
- Oversee a cluster of facilities and keep each location operating at full strength
- Travel regularly to sites to maintain a consistent, on-the-ground presence — travel fully reimbursed
Staff Support & Development
- Build strong relationships and rapport with on-site teams
- Ensure staff are properly trained, up to standard, and optimizing their roles
Performance & Growth
- Drive enrollment across facilities and uphold the service standards clients rely on
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders on multi-site strategy
Qualifications
- Strong people and communication skills
- Professional presence and polished presentation
- Dynamic, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Willing to travel regularly
