Job description
Job Summary: We're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to build and own Frame's growth engine.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage agencies or maintain existing programs. We need a builder who knows how to create demand from scratch, move fast, and turn ideas into pipeline.
You'll own our digital marketing strategy end-to-end—from paid acquisition and website optimization to social, content distribution, SEO, and conversion. You'll partner directly with our founders to sharpen our messaging, grow our brand, and help define how the next generation of cybersecurity companies go to market.
If you're equal parts strategist, operator, and creative thinker, you'll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Frame's end-to-end growth marketing strategy with accountability for pipeline and revenue.
Build and optimize digital programs across paid media, SEO, website, email, social, and emerging channels.
Own our website and conversion strategy, continuously improving visitor-to-pipeline performance.
Partner with founders on messaging, positioning, launches, and go-to-market strategy.
Run rapid experiments, analyze results, and double down on what works.
Build dashboards, measure performance, and use data to drive every decision.
Help establish Frame as the category leader through compelling digital campaigns and thought leadership.
Success Metrics:
Marketing-sourced pipeline
Website traffic and conversion rate
Paid campaign performance and ROI
Organic growth and engagement
Lead-to-opportunity conversion
Marketing contribution to revenue
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of growth or digital marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
Proven success building and scaling demand generation and digital marketing programs.
Strong educational background with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Deep expertise across paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics, website optimization, and marketing automation.
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for what captures attention and converts.
Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions from performance metrics.
Builder mentality—you thrive in startups, move quickly, and enjoy owning projects from idea to execution.
Location: East Coast–based candidates strongly preferred.
