Director of Social Services (LCSW)

Description:
Assists Housing Specialists in facilitating clients with permanent housing and Case Managers with their assignments, including intake meetings; assists with conducting resident assessments and social services.
Biopsychosocial and other relevant assessments for supportive housing for applicable clients.
Psychotherapy for clients in need of services and coordinate clinical treatment.
Supervise an LMSW.
Caseload ratio maximum of 1:27.
Ensures readiness for audits by DHS, OTDA, and other Governmental agencies.
Performs any other job-related duties, as required by the Program Director.

Qualifications:
Education:
LCSW.
Relevant experience of three to five years or more with disenfranchised populations; supervisory experience preferred.

Skills:
Computer literacy; familiarity with CARES is preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish desirable, not essential.
