About the Role
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our retention team and own the day-to-day execution of our CRM and lifecycle marketing programs. Reporting to the Retention Manager, you will deploy campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.

This is a hands-on role for an early-career marketer looking to build deep expertise in email, push, and SMS marketing at a fast-growing collectibles platform. You will collaborate on strategy with the Retention Manager and ensure flawless, on-time execution across all retention channels. This role offers direct ownership from day one, mentorship from an experienced growth leader, and a front-row seat to scaling our lifecycle program.

What You Will Do
Campaign Deployment: Build, test, and deploy daily CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS based on the marketing calendar
Program Management: Manage daily communications for our lifecycle program, ensuring accurate messaging regarding updates, rewards, and special drops/offers
Audience Segmentation: Segment customer data to deliver targeted, personalized campaigns based on user personas, buying patterns, and collectors' behaviors
A/B Testing: Own subject line, copy, and offer testing; track performance and apply data-driven insights to future sends
Quality Assurance: Manage end-to-end campaign QA, including proofing copy, verifying links, and testing rendering across multiple devices to ensure error-free deployment
Calendar Management: Maintain the CRM sending calendar to align campaign deliveries with product drops, promotions, and seasonal events
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Design team to brief, review, and finalize creative assets for all campaigns
Performance Reporting: Pull basic performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions), flag engagement trends, and support ad-hoc retention initiatives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
1–2 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing
Exceptional proofreading and QA skills, with a track record of catching formatting errors, typos, or broken links before deployment
Comfort navigating standard ESP and CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar tools)
Solid understanding of email, push, and SMS marketing fundamentals, including A/B testing methodologies and rendering checks
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge to make quick edits to email templates and troubleshoot layout issues
Tech-forward mindset with prior experience or active comfort using AI tools to streamline copywriting, enhance audience segmentation, or speed up daily CRM workflows
Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a high-volume campaign calendar
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to identify patterns, evaluate campaign success, and support marketing decisions
Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with sports cards, Pokémon TCG, or trading card games, or a strong willingness to quickly learn the collector landscape
Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets for compiling metrics and performing basic data analysis
Strong copywriting instincts with an eye for voice and tone that resonates with a passionate, hobby-driven community
