Job description

Where we are

3 paying customers, including a venture-backed digital health platform. Live claims this fall.
Backed by NVIDIA Inception and LvlUp Ventures.
150+ discovery conversations with revenue cycle leaders across independent practices and digital health platforms.
Founded by three-time founders with experience in shipping clinical AI, and engineers who build enterprise grade infrastructure.
The role

You are the first commercial hire. This is not a role where someone hands you a lead list and a script. You build the pipeline from nothing: the targeting, the tooling, the sequences, and the record of what worked.
Founders run the sales calls for now. Your job is to find the right leads.

What you would do

Find clinics and practices that are losing money to insurers and get them talking to us. How you find them is yours to figure out. Outbound, industry associations, conferences, partnerships, public data, referrals, whatever produces meetings.
Build the outbound stack from nothing. Tools, lists, sequencing, tracking. You choose what to use and you keep the data up-to-date.
Book qualified calls.
Know which channels actually work. Simple, honest numbers on what produced meetings and what did not.
Report what you hear. Objections, dead ends, and the reasons people say no are worth as much to us as the meetings.

About You

Healthcare sales experience is a real advantage. Preferred, if you have sold into practices before.
You build systems, not just send emails. Comfortable with customer relationship management platforms, enrichment and automation tools, spreadsheets, and pulling apart a public dataset without asking an engineer.
You can report on your own work. Simple, honest numbers on what is working and what is not.
You write short and clear.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. What you have actually sold matters more.
You are fine with rejection and you keep records.
No playbook exists. You would write it with us.
