Early Childhood Substitute/Floate

Responsibilities
Rotate between early childhood classrooms daily based on program needs.
Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, routines, and transitions.
Support children during play, learning activities, meals, and daily routines.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
Provide attentive and nurturing supervision of children.
Follow classroom schedules, policies, and safety procedures.
Step in to support classrooms when staff members are absent or additional assistance is needed.
Work collaboratively with lead teachers and other staff members.

Qualifications
Previous classroom or early childhood experience preferred.
Experience working with young children is a plus.
Warm, patient, dependable, and flexible.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and routines.
Commitment to providing a safe and positive experience for every child.

Schedule
Part-Time | Flexible/Floater Schedule
Position requires the ability to rotate between early childhood classrooms throughout the day.
