What You Will do
Drive proactive, strategic sourcing by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high‑quality candidates across multiple channels—long before they apply.

Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers, gaining deep insight into their teams, anticipating future needs, and shaping recruitment strategies that deliver results.

Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative sourcing tools that elevate hiring outcomes.

Cultivate long‑term candidate relationships, ensuring a personalized, high‑touch experience that reflects VNS Health’s mission and values.

Lead full‑cycle recruitment including interviewing and hiring candidates who meet both the skill requirements and cultural expectations of VNS Health.

Collaborate closely with Recruitment Operations to ensure all pre‑ and post‑employment processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Represent VNS Health at job fairs, community events, and targeted outreach initiatives, strengthening our employer brand and expanding our talent networks.

Bring forward solutions and new ideas, championing innovation in sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement.

Work under general supervision while exercising autonomy, creativity, and strategic thinking in your approach to talent acquisition.

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field or equivalent work experience required

Work Experience:

Minimum of three years broad-based experience recruiting for positions in a variety of disciplines and levels (e.g., health care, business, technical, management) OR at least one year of experience at VNS Health as an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a position at/above the specialist level, plus at least two years of related experience required

General knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local employment laws, regulations, rules and practices required

Effective verbal, written and presentation skills required

Personal computer skills, including experience using recruitment HRIS systems required

General experience in internet-based recruitment preferred

Experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment plans required

Project management skills preferred
