Job Duties:

Execute full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary positions across the region to ensure staffing goals are met.
Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide expert consultation on talent acquisition.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to build maintain a high-quality pipeline for various clinical and administrative departments.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to process applications and analyze candidate eligibility and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain all data integrity by accurately tracking and updating all information regarding open requisitions and candidate statuses.
Facilitate the hiring process, including the generation of offer letters and the precise entry of hire information into the HRIS/ATS.
Act as primary resource for employees and managers regarding recruitment procedures, policies, and best practices.
Provide regular updates to the Director of Talent regarding recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and departmental concerns.

Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-volume healthcare or clinical environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain precise records within HRIS, ATS, and shared data platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
Superior ability to manage multiple open requisitions and administrative tasks simultaneously.
Proven ability to prioritize high-volume tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity with a strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical hiring standards.
Analytical mindset is used to identify talent gaps and improve recruitment workflows.
Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook for complex scheduling, Teams and SharePoint for file sharing and collaboration, and Excel for data management and reporting.
Proficient in utilizing various sourcing platforms, including but not limited to Indeed and LinkedIn, to identify, engage, and build a high-quality candidate pipeline.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Good visual and auditory acuity as well as good manual dexterity and the ability to be readily understood are essential. Must be able to work in an environment with multiple deadlines and priorities. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
