Kindly Direct Care is seeking a mature, capable, and highly organized professional to join our growing team as a Full-Time Recruiter.

This role involves recruiting, matching, and onboarding Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), while communicating professionally with candidates, families, and our internal team.

For the right person, this position offers significant opportunity for long-term growth, including the potential to develop into a Program Coordinator role and help launch and coordinate services as we expand into a new state.

🕘 Monday–Thursday| 9:00 AM–5:00 PM , Friday: 9am-1/2pm

💰 $45-52K annually, depending on experience and responsibilities
