Article 31 Mental Health Clinic | Community Outreach & Business Development

We are seeking an experienced, highly connected Business Development Representative to help grow our Article 31 mental health clinic through community outreach, relationship building, and referral development.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven role for someone who knows how to build genuine connections within the community and has an established network of professional and community contacts.

What You’ll Do

• Represent our mental health clinic at community organizations, healthcare facilities, social service agencies, schools, businesses, and other relevant settings.
• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with community providers and organizations.
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness of our services and generate new client referrals.
• Attend networking events, meetings, community programs, and other outreach opportunities.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, therapists, social workers, case managers, schools, nonprofits, and other referral sources.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners and prospective community contacts.
• Help develop and implement strategies to increase clinic visibility and census.
• Track outreach activities, contacts, referrals, and business development opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a well-connected, outgoing, and experienced business development or community outreach professional who is comfortable being out in the community and building relationships.

Strong candidates will have:

• Demonstrated experience in business development, community outreach, referral development, healthcare marketing, or a related field.
• An established network of contacts within the healthcare, social services, or local community.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to identify opportunities
• Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to represent a mental health organization positively.
• Experience generating referrals or developing partnerships is strongly preferred.
