NOW Hiring – L2 & L3 IT Technicians

Accurate Data Services is looking for experienced, motivated IT professionals to join our growing team. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to work in a fast-paced Managed IT Services environment, we'd love to meet you.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 & Level 3 technical support for business clients

• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and servers

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 environments

• Administer Microsoft Intune and endpoint management

• Configure and troubleshoot Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Install and maintain network equipment, firewalls, switches, and wireless systems

• Perform server migrations, workstation deployments, and cloud projects

• Document work performed and maintain accurate ticket notes

• Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

✔ 3+ years of IT support experience preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365

✔ Experience with Microsoft Intune

✔ Windows Server & Active Directory

✔ Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)

✔ Experience with virtualization is a plus

✔ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
