Job description
Key responsibilities include:
Own the Portal product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success measures.
Drive workflow automation, self-service ordering, delivery visibility, and client adoption.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, release plans, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with Delivery, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Sales Engineering to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
Use data, client feedback, and operational metrics to prioritize product investments.
Support future opportunities around APIs, analytics, data storefronts, AI-enabled workflows, and digital commercialization.
Drive adoption through enablement, communication, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring:
Product management experience with B2B platforms, workflow products, client portals, SaaS, digital commerce, service delivery, or operational systems.
Strong roadmap, backlog, and requirements discipline.
Ability to simplify complex workflows and convert them into scalable product capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, operational, and client-facing teams.
Commercial awareness and ability to connect product priorities to efficiency, adoption, revenue, margin, and client value.
Practical AI fluency and disciplined use of approved tools, data protection, validation, and accountability.
Success in this role will be measured by:
Increased Portal adoption and client engagement.
More client requests and workflows managed through the Portal.
Reduced manual coordination, rework, and status-update burden.
Improved delivery visibility, client transparency, and operating efficiency.
Clear roadmap execution tied to scalable growth, client experience, and future monetization.
Working Arrangements
This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).
