Automotive Product Specialist

We’re looking for someone to deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping clients understand and enjoy their new vehicle.

What You’ll Do:

Walk customers through their new vehicle features (Bluetooth, navigation, safety tech, apps)
Create a fun, stress-free delivery experience
Follow up to ensure customers feel confident using their vehicle
Be the “go-to” expert for vehicle technology

What This Job Is NOT:

No cold calling
No negotiating
No sales pressure

What We’re Looking For:

Tech-savvy (Apple, smartphones, apps, etc.)
Great personality and communication skills
Patient and good at teaching others
Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
