Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Day Shift

Job Summary:

Highfield Gardens Care Center of Great Neck, a sub-acute and long-term care facility in Great Neck, NY, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dedicated team on a full-time day shift basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with our facility's standards and policies

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including medication administration, treatments, and resident care

Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality care

Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality care and resident satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of New York

Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferably in a long-term care setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
