LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an LPN at Highfield Gardens, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting them on their journey to recovery.

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the state of New York

Prior experience as an LPN preffered. Graduates are welcome!

Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
