What You’ll Do
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners.
Conduct consistent, value-driven sales calls while working full, pre-planned days within your territory.
Identify growth opportunities and develop a healthy, well-managed sales pipeline.
Execute strategic sales initiatives to defend existing business and expand market share.
Meet and exceed annual sales goals, dealer growth objectives, and new product sales targets.
Partner with internal teams to ensure operational excellence, including pricing requests, product setups, and fund management.
Lead and support merchandising efforts to drive visibility and sales growth of key product lines.
Collaborate with vendor representatives, dealer OSRs, and cross-functional teams to expand selling opportunities.
Maintain focus on key sales initiatives, including increasing product mix ratios and expanding overall product offerings.
Accurately manage sales activity, CRM data, budgets, and stock documentation to support informed decision-making.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven outside sales experience within the building materials, construction, or related industry.
Demonstrated success managing a sales territory and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Skills & Abilities
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand construction concepts and confidently engage with contractors and dealers.
Strong organizational, time-management, and pipeline management skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
Ability to stand, walk, and move through customer locations, warehouses, and job sites.
Ability to lift and carry product samples and merchandising materials as needed.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the building materials or construction products industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), with Excel preferred.
ERP system experience.
Knowledge of Parksite product offerings and sales processes.
Work Environment
Field-based role with regular travel throughout an assigned sales territory.
Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
