Grounds Support at Shalom Austin

Strong candidates will want to be part of a team but be comfortable working independently as needed, and value the ability to communicate positively and professionally with colleagues and members. **Shift available:** 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Responsibilities: • Remove debris, leaves, and litter to maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds • Plant, prune, water, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation • Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers • Inspect grounds regularly and report any hazards or repair needs • Maintain inventory of landscaping tools, supplies, and materials • Notify supervisor of supply needs, including fertilizers, pesticides, and other materials Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
