What We’re Looking For
We are looking for Registered nurses who want to focus more on proactive vs reactive health outcomes. We are big proponents of traditional medicine, but we also follow the science to help clients with science-backed preventive care. Most of our medical therapies are IV-based- so above all else, we need EXCELLENT IV skills. The ideal IV Infusion Nurse is a versatile and client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You combine strong clinical expertise with a passion for customer service, ensuring each client receives safe, effective, and personalized care. You are confident working independently and exercising sound clinical judgment, while also being a collaborative team player who supports the broader studio team and brings medical excellence to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Expertise & Client Care
Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism.
Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.
Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices.
Studio Collaboration
Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals.
Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs.
Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.
Compliance & Safety
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs.
Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state.
Certifications: Current BLS certification.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
Experience: Minimum 2 years administering high-volume IVs/injections.
Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to work independently.
