Consultant

What you’ll do:

Plan and own workstreams of project work, identifying issues, creating hypothesis and developing analysis and recommendations that help clients move into action

Conduct qualitative analysis through interviews and secondary research and quantitative analysis such as financial modeling and market research translating data into action-oriented insights.

Prepare, deliver and present clear and compelling client materials including Power Point presentations, Excel models, reports and other written deliverables

Support client workshops, facilitating problem-solving discussions with mid-level and senior-level clients

Adapt to evolving project needs by incorporating feedback, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Contribute to Bridgespan's knowledge-sharing efforts and support internal initiatives that strengthen team culture such us mentoring junior team members

About you:

This role is ideal for final year graduate students in MBA, MPP, MPA programs with at least three years of consecutive working experience meeting the following qualifications:

MBA, MPP, MPA degree with a strong academic record

Experience in management consulting, strategy roles highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to explore innovative solutions

Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

A self-motivated, independent thinker who is organized and deadline-driven

A solid team player, willing to proactively take on leadership roles within project teams and the firm

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

Commitment to the social sector and ability to incorporate equity considerations into the different aspects of the work.

Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and travel as needed to support client and project requirements.
