What You’ll Do:
You keep the engine running behind the scenes so studios can focus on clients. Every week, you'll:
Manage the monthly studio purchase order process, ensuring every studio is fully and accurately stocked with product and supplies
Own ecommerce product ordering and fulfillment, shipping orders in a timely manner and flagging resourcing needs as volume scales
Manage HQ supply and collateral ordering, keeping field teams and marketing initiatives fully equipped
Manage vendor relationships to help ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery of products and services
Manage New Studio Openings (NSO), end to end, through procurement and hands-on setup, traveling on-site to help execute set up to turnover
Conduct weekly NSO meetings to ensure stakeholders are driving towards deadlines according to the company playbooks
Partner with the NSO and Training team, Studio Development Real Estate, and Field Area Managers to coordinate deliveries, ordering, and studio setup ahead of each opening
Manage the support inbox, resolving client inquiries related to memberships, bookings, and general customer experience within company required SLA
Oversee and manage our remote/offshore support partner, ensuring quality, consistency, and SLA adherence in day-to-day client interactions
Serve as systems and platform admin owner, acting as the corporate liaison for platform set-up, troubleshooting, and new product/studio configuration across POS/Schedule platform, proprietary company platforms and across Google Marketplace
Support onboarding of new hires across email, Slack, and core systems (BLVD, Prospr, Method) and vendor accounts
Own studio resources and communications, including the weekly newsletter and intranet, keeping field teams informed and aligned
Maintain and update operational playbooks, policies, and SOPs (Operations Manual, NSO Playbook) so field resources stay current and accurate
Who We’re Looking For:
2+ years of operations experience (i.e. restaurant, retail, hotel, salon/spa, or comparable) with a proven track record of superior customer service
Quick study and high level of confidence working in a variety of systems and platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects through prioritization and planning skills; demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats and work in a scrappy environment (ready to roll up your sleeves)
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Highly motivated and results-oriented, resourceful and creative
Eager to join a fast-growing team and collaborate closely across functions
Exceptional customer-first mindset, both internal and external
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
Comfortable managing vendor and remote/offshore partner relationships
Forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic
Passion for beauty, skincare, learning, and trying new things every day
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to travel to support New Studio Openings (approximately 20–30% of the time, with heavier travel during opening weeks)
