Technical Co-Founder / CTO Hands-on — AI/ML & Voice Deepfake Detection [Equity-Only Pre-Funding; Salary + Equity After Raise]

What You’ll Own
-Audit and consolidate the existing codebase and architecture
-Restore and validate the customer-ready demo
-Lead audio/deepfake ML development and real-time inference
-Own cloud infrastructure, DevOps, APIs, MLOps and deployment
-Build explainability, monitoring and auditability capabilities
-Prepare the product for institutional pilots
-Recruit and lead the future engineering team

Requirements
-10+ years in software, AI/ML or technical product development
-Strong Python and hands-on deep-learning experience
-PyTorch or TensorFlow, transformers and model evaluation
-Audio, speech, signal-processing or deepfake-detection experience strongly preferred
-AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD
-Real-time inference, APIs, data pipelines and model monitoring
-Enterprise architecture, security and regulated-industry experience
-Able to lead strategically while remaining personally hands-on
-No employer, moonlighting or IP restrictions
