What you'll do:

Ethic is looking for a Client Success Associate to support the growth of our client base. The Client Success function serves as the main point of contact for clients in their day-to-day service needs. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and members of Ethic's Sustainability team to deliver portfolios to Ethic's clients.

This role is an independent contributor focused on daily Client Success tasks, including firm and advisor onboarding, ongoing email support, proposal and trading workflows, and driving platform adoption. More specifically you will:

Manage client pipeline including facilitating portfolio proposal requests through internal Ethic systems, presenting proposals to advisors, and supporting advisors through portfolio implementation.
Manage daily trading workflow with a focus on time-sensitive client outreach, providing exceptional service through all communication with clients and their teams.
Partner with Relationship Managers to execute on firm & advisor operational onboarding, identifying additional enhancements with a particular focus on scalable solutions.
Provide prompt and effective email support for day-to-day inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to proposals, trading workflows, and general platform usage.
Capture insights related to Ethic's institutional client base, raising feedback to cross-functional teams in support of improved efficiencies & enhanced client experience.
Contribute to the continuing innovation and evolution of client success processes within Ethic, to help provide our clients with a best-in-class experience.
Build toward independently covering team member responsibilities and taking on more senior scope within your first year.

What you'll offer:

2+ years of relevant professional work experience.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Financial services experience serving and interacting directly with clients.
Prior experience working with institutional clients, RIAs, Family Offices, and/or Custodians strongly preferred.
Prior experience independently managing client outreach and communications without close oversight.
Familiarity with equity SMAs, the custodial working model, and sustainable finance considerations relevant to building equity portfolios is preferred.
Experience managing client portfolios is preferred
A clear understanding of the risk and urgency inherent in trading-related outreach, and comfort moving quickly and precisely (i.e. not laid-back about response times).
A proactive and eager learner, comfortable digging into new technology and internal resources to get up to speed quickly.
Well-organized, deadline-driven, proactive, and possess strong follow-up.
Enjoy collaborative environments and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Enjoy solving problems - if you don't know the answer, you'll dig until you find it.
Work well independently and as part of a team.
