Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, API and microservices development, cloud platforms, databases, and modern DevOps practices.
The candidate will work across the complete software development lifecycle and collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
Work across the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Design and implement robust back-end business logic and services using Java.
Develop cloud-native applications and work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Use Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization, deployment, and orchestration.
Design, integrate, and optimize relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality and timely software delivery.
Apply secure coding practices and ensure application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and development processes.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and proactively identify opportunities for system and code optimization.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Java for backend application development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Good understanding of distributed systems and scalable application design.
Experience working with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Strong experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including query optimization.
Understanding of application security, secure coding practices, and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a cross-functional team.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud-native and distributed system architectures.
Experience with advanced CI/CD and DevOps automation.
Exposure to open-source technologies and contributions.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.
Experience working in a DevOps culture with strong collaboration between development and operations teams.
