RN Weekend Supervisor

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team! As a key member of our weekend shift, you'll oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our patients. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekend shifts, providing guidance and support as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and address concerns in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures

Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive change within the organization

Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion among team members

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of New York

Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
