Job description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our on-site team and support our purchasing, logistics, and import operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, verifying import documents, and overseeing customs clearance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving and vendor coordination to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Hands-on training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and entry-level candidates seeking to develop a career in supply chain management.

This position may be classified as a Supply Chain Associate for candidates with less than one year of relevant experience or as a Supply Chain Coordinator for candidates with one or more years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage purchase order operations and review purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance with company and departmental policies.
Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, pricing, and terms of sale.
Identify and implement process improvements across purchasing, inventory control, and logistics to reduce costs, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
Review and verify import documentation to ensure compliance with applicable import regulations, policies, procedures, and company requirements.
Proactively identify and mitigate customs clearance and logistics risks, addressing potential compliance issues, delays, fines, or shipment seizures before they escalate.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Bilingual in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and business partners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proactive, dependable, and capable of solving problems independently.
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in purchasing, logistics, and international trade.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Up to two years of experience in purchasing, logistics, import/export operations, claims management, or supply chain.
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
