As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Loss Prevention in Fort Lee, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting observations and incidents as required.
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, property personnel, and emergency responders while maintaining accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
