Qualifications
You don't need a healthcare background to be great in this role — but you do need to be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes ownership of your work. If you've worked in any customer-facing role and want to build a career in healthcare, we want to hear from you.
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role, this could include retail, hospitality, call center, medical reception, or any setting where you regularly interacted with the public in person or over the phone
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once while staying organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable and confident communicating on the phone, including handling upset or frustrated callers with patience and professionalism
Basic computer proficiency: comfortable learning new systems, navigating scheduling software, sending emails, and working in spreadsheets
No prior medical experience required — we provide comprehensive training including EMR navigation, insurance fundamentals, scheduling workflows, and phone etiquette
