Job description
Essential Job Functions
Address incoming phone calls (call center), epic in-basket (PH pool) and PPH email inbox
Timely triage of patient concerns, symptoms and requests
PH specific medication prior authorization and the follow up appeal, if required
PH specific medication enrollment process (for both outpatients and inpatients) and the subsequent maintenance requirements
Assisting with inpatient parenteral prostacyclin initiation or continuation of already established parenteral prostacyclin for patients admitted to the hospital
Inpatient/Outpatient patient education on home parenteral prostacyclin management, central line and subcutaneous site care, importance of medication compliance
Diagnostic testing scheduling : Following up that other diagnostic testing is appropriately scheduled by clinic coordinator staff. If not, facilitate timely scheduling.
Maintain internal pulmonary hypertension database PHAR registry
Manages the logistical and administrative work to ensure all programs run smoothly in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Develop e-learning materials, administer LMS, and maintain the web page for the Talent and Organization Capability department.
Provide administrative support for the Director and the department team members.
Implement processes and practices to provide an ideal employee experience for all participants.
Maintain records for attendance, program evaluations, expenses, and vendor tracking.
Performs other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an approved school of nursing; BSN required.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive organizational development professional and/or learning and development,
preferably in an educational, healthcare, or biomedical environment.
Extensive skill and practical use of software, web-based, and cloud-based applications including MS Office, Visio, MS
Project, and LMS Administration.
Exemplary communication and customer service skills with proven experience.
