Title Processor — Full-Time

Location: Monsey, NY — In Office

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year

Preferred Candidate: Female

About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Title Processor to join our growing team in Monsey, NY.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of the title and closing process, helping ensure each transaction moves forward accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll review title documents, identify and resolve title issues, prepare files for closing, and communicate with attorneys, lenders, municipalities, and other real estate professionals throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Review title searches, title reports, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

Identify title defects, including liens, judgments, mortgages, easements, and other encumbrances.

Work with the appropriate parties to resolve title issues and obtain required documentation.

Prepare title commitments, title policies, and closing packages.

Order and review municipal searches, tax reports, payoff statements, and other necessary documents.

Communicate with attorneys, lenders, surveyors, municipalities, and clients throughout the transaction.

Ensure files comply with underwriting guidelines, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Maintain accurate and organized file records and provide timely transaction updates.

Assist with post-closing activities, including recording documents and issuing title policies.

Manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

1–3 years of title processing or related real estate experience preferred.

Knowledge of title insurance, title examination, and real estate closing procedures is an asset.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency with title software, Microsoft Office, and standard computer applications.

Professional, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
