Compensation: $250,000+ Base Salary, DOE

Position Overview

The CFO will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the leadership team. This individual will oversee the company’s overall financial health, provide strategic financial guidance, and help drive long-term profitability and growth across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial operations across all company brands.
• Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support key business decisions.
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts, projections, and financial analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Participate in corporate leadership meetings and provide insights into financial performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align financial strategy with the company’s overall vision.
• Help develop and implement financial strategies that support continued company growth.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced financial leader with a strong background in CFO or senior finance leadership roles.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to oversee finances across multiple brands or business entities.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with executive leadership.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, food, or consumer products is a strong plus.
