You will manage full-cycle recruiting across property management, maintenance, corporate, and leadership positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and supporting a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The ideal candidate is a strong sourcer, relationship builder, and creative recruiter who knows how to find passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and placement.
  • Recruit for property management, maintenance, corporate, and leadership positions.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, social media, industry associations, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
  • Develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.
  • Mentor and support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing.
  • Proven ability to identify and recruit passive candidates.
  • Experience successfully filling challenging and specialized positions.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple locations and levels of an organization.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; Paylocity experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Property management, multifamily, real estate, hospitality, construction, or related industry experience is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a recruiter who:

  • Loves sourcing and takes pride in finding great talent.
  • Is creative, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Knows how to find candidates who aren't actively applying.
  • Builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Is self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Can manage multiple searches and priorities at once.
  • Takes ownership of the recruiting process from start to finish.
  • Is committed to delivering an excellent candidate and hiring-manager experience.
