Job description
Seeking an experienced Project Manager / Field Manager to oversee cabinet installation projects from kickoff through punch list completion. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on job sites, holds high standards of quality, and delivers outstanding client service.

- Manage project lifecycle from kickoff to project schedules, delivery logistics, and subcontractor assignments through final punch list completion, coordinating with all on-site and in Office Teams.
- Hire and oversee installers and subcontractors to represent Company standards on every site.
- Conduct pre-installation site visits to field-verify measurements and build relationships with site supervisors.
- Attend all deliveries and walk each apartment/unit during installation to verify quality and scope compliance.
- Conduct minimum weekly site visits and attend weekly GC coordination meetings.
- Serve as the central point of contact between clients, installers, and logistics teams to keep Projects on schedule.
- Enforce installation standards and hold installers accountable for corrections, adjustments, and quality.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they cause delays.
- Monitor project budgets and flag cost overruns.
- Identify scope changes in the field; coordinate with the Office to issue formal, fully signed Change Orders before authorizing related work.
- Manage punch list items proactively and communicate all items to the Office for processing.
- Proactively monitor reorder needs and notify the Office immediately with item details, quantities, and specifications.
- Communicate with clients professionally — respectful, calm, and solutions-focused.
- Submit Weekly Installation Reports covering project status, photo documentation, issues, and next steps. Maintain updated installation logs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project management or field management experience in cabinet installation, millwork, or a related interior construction trade.
- Demonstrated ability to read installation plans and conduct field measurements.
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills; able to hold teams accountable without hesitation.
- Excellent organizational skills — comfortable managing multiple active job sites simultaneously.
- Clear, professional communicator with clients, GCs, and internal teams.
- Proficient in basic reporting tools (email, spreadsheets, photo documentation).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
