About the Role :
Lead the organization global fundraising strategy, manage key international partnerships (Jewish Federations, philanthropic foundations, Evangelical & Christian partners, and major donors), and expand our impact worldwide.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-year international fundraising strategies, goals, and budgets.
Donor Cultivation & Stewardship: Identify, expand, and retain high-value relationships across global networks, foundations, and private donors.
Grants & Communications: Oversee the preparation of compelling grant proposals, donor reports, and fundraising communications in English.
Leadership & Representation: Lead the international department, manage external vendors, and represent Pitchon Lev in global missions, conferences, and donor visits (including international travel).
Requirements :
5+ years of relevant experience in international fundraising and resource
evelopment (nonprofit sector preferred).
Experience as a Jewish Federation representative in Israel – an advantage.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships, fundraising and securing significant grants and donations, with Jewish communities, foundations, or international philanthropic partners.
Experience in grant writing, donor reporting, and development of fundraising materials.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English; native-level English strongly preferred; Additional languages – an advantage.
Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
