Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join Infillion as a Sr. Manager, Client Success. This person is a leader, responsible for driving upsell, cross-sell growth, and retention for Midwest region clients in close partnership with Sales and plays a crucial role in ensuring day-to-day client satisfaction post-sale. They will oversee both self-service programmatic clients and managed service relationships..

What you'll be doing:

Manage and nurture strategic relationships with Infillion's largest regional clients across the Infillion suite of programmatic and managed service media solutions
Serve as a senior client-facing representative for the West Client Success team
Partner with regional sellers and sales leads in client meetings and events
Provide guidance to more junior members of the Client Success team
Provide training on team processes
Participate in and provide guidance as needed for RFP responses
Develop QBR collateral, client presentations, and ad hoc deliverables to support client engagement
Create bespoke upsell and cross-sell strategies based on client performance and business objectives to grow revenue and retain business amongst regional accounts
Ensure campaigns launch successfully, pacing and delivery goals are met, and client expectations are consistently exceeded
Build trust and deep relationships with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to guide cross-functional projects on behalf of Client Success and influence solutions roadmap
Support clients transitioning between self-service and managed service models by facilitating value conversations and seamless onboarding
Educate clients on new platform capabilities, media products, targeting solutions, measurement offerings, and industry best practices to drive adoption and campaign success
Analyze campaign performance for large clients and provide strategic recommendations focused on optimization, efficiency, and achieving client KPIs
Identify opportunities to improve Client Success team workflows and operational efficiency by creating, refining, and scaling internal processes
Maintain strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, data integrations, targeting methodologies, measurement solutions, and campaign performance metrics.

What you have:

Experience managing high-spend, cross-product clients, dealing with key agency stakeholders, and presenting to buyers
Deep fluency with account retention and growth tactics
Experience partnering with media sellers to drive revenue
Experience in online advertising account management, sales strategy, and/or brand management
A bachelor’s degree
4 - 7 years experience at an advertising agency or digital publisher
Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Must be comfortable with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies

Base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 plus commission with on target annual earnings of $114,000 - 128,000
