Job description
Responsibilities
Own GTM hiring end-to-end: Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across our US GTM organization, from defining the profile and sourcing candidates through interviews, references, and offer.
Build exceptional candidate pipelines: Proactively identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates through targeted sourcing, market mapping, referrals, networks, and creative outbound strategies.
Partner with hiring managers: Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate talent, design effective interview processes, and drive hiring decisions.
Drive recruiting velocity: Own the process and keep searches moving, ensuring strong communication, timely feedback, and clear accountability throughout every search.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience: Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure every interaction with Chamelio reflects the quality and ambition of the company.
Help build our recruiting engine: Continuously improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, referral programs, employer branding, and the tools and systems we use as we scale.
Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience in technology companies, with significant experience hiring GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and/or Revenue Operations.
A strong track record recruiting high-performing commercial talent, ideally including enterprise SaaS sales roles.
Deep hands-on sourcing experience. You know how to identify and engage great passive candidates rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants or agencies.
Experience working in a fast-growing startup or similarly high-velocity environment, with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools, AI-powered recruiting platforms, and ATS systems such as Ashby or Greenhouse.
Excellent judgment and the ability to assess candidates beyond what appears on a resume.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to partner directly with senior leaders and challenge assumptions when needed.
Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS companies is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with legal tech is a plus.
