Position Summary:
We are seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to join the Transformation Office to plan and execute individual projects and workstreams that support our broader transformation initiatives, from planning through execution and stabilization.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this role is hands-on and execution-driven. You will be responsible for ensuring assigned work moves forward on schedule, risks are proactively managed, stakeholders are aligned, and deliverables are completed. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and GTM teams to drive accountability and momentum on the ground.

This role is expected to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and continuously optimize how work is performed.

This will be a full-time, permanent position working remotely out of the USA.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Project Execution & Delivery

Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects and workstreams within larger transformation initiatives.

Break down assigned work into structured, trackable tasks with clear owners and deliverables.

Build and maintain project plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers.

Drive weekly execution cadences and follow up to keep stakeholders accountable.

Escalate and help resolve blockers quickly to maintain forward momentum.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Align with functional teams on priorities, sequencing, and resource needs for assigned work.

Help ensure clarity of scope and flag potential scope creep through disciplined change tracking.

Facilitate working sessions to resolve operational friction and unblock decisions.

Track cross-team dependencies and follow up to avoid delivery delays.

Governance & Reporting

Maintain structured reporting on assigned projects (status reports, trackers, milestone updates).

Provide clear, concise status updates to the Chief Transformation Officer and stakeholders.

Monitor progress against timelines and budgets for assigned work.

Maintain visibility into risks, mitigation plans, and issue resolution for assigned projects.

Operational Implementation

Support implementation of new systems, tools, workflows, or operating models tied to assigned projects.

Partner with business leaders to transition assigned initiatives from project phase to steady-state operations.

Help ensure adoption plans are in place and track measurable outcomes.

Identify inefficiencies within assigned work and flag opportunities for improvement.

Results & Accountability

Track tangible outcomes on assigned projects (efficiency gains, cycle time reductions, cost savings, risk reduction).

Ensure assigned initiatives are not only launched, but fully embedded and delivering value.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience

8+ years of experience in project management, operations, or large-scale cross-functional delivery within SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.

Experience leading individual projects or workstreams with measurable outcomes.

Track record of driving execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Experience working across technical and non-technical teams.

Skills & Competencies

Strong project management discipline.

Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.

High accountability mindset with bias toward action.

Comfortable managing ambiguity while maintaining structure.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification.

Experience in identity verification, payments, compliance, or regulated industries.

Experience supporting systems implementations (CRM, ERP, data platforms, or operational tooling).

Consulting or operational transformation background.

What Success Looks Like:
Assigned projects delivered on time with minimal surprises.

Clear ownership and accountability across assigned work.

Risks identified early and mitigated effectively.

Measurable operational improvements realized and sustained.

Strong executive confidence in project visibility and execution rigor.
