We are hiring driven, business-minded individuals to join our solar sales team. This is a direct marketing role with a clear path to high income and career growth.

Paid training provided. No experience required. Work ethic and consistency matter most.

Compensation
$500 weekly pay + uncapped commission
Paid training and ongoing mentorship
Bonuses, incentives, and advancement opportunities
Company transportation provided
$500 vehicle stipend paid monthly
Average earnings: $1,200 to $1,500 per week with an estimated annual income of $85,000 to $125,000+

Responsibilities

Engage homeowners and generate new opportunities
Set appointments and run consultations
Educate customers on solar savings and incentives
Manage follow-ups and maintain your pipeline
Close deals and build strong customer relationships

Who We’re Looking For
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Coachable and disciplined

Preferred
Sales or customer-facing experience
Competitive or entrepreneurial mindset
Door to door experience
