E-Scooter Delivery Driver

Veo is seeking operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience while maintaining our vehicles and improving the efficiency of fleet operations. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles throughout the city, and perform quality checks and minor repairs.

The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout their shift.

Responsibilities
Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned tasks.
Drive a company-provided van during scheduled shifts.
Locate scooters and perform battery swaps.
Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scooters.
Maintain accurate task completion records through the Veo app.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology.
Ability to lift and move scooters weighing up to 60 lbs. without assistance.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of local streets and geography.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
