Job description

We're hiring a Manager, SKU Lifecycle Management to join our Meal Kit Ingredient Development team at HelloFresh. In this role, you'll own and lead the SKU Lifecycle Management function — the operational backbone that keeps HelloFresh's product catalog accurate, compliant, and ready to scale across North America. You'll serve as the final approver for SKU activation and master data validation, own our US Private Label workflows, and act as the connective tissue between Procurement, Culinary, Supply Chain, Nutrition, Food Safety, and Sustainability teams. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity and cares deeply about data integrity.

You will …

Own end-to-end SKU and supplier onboarding and offboarding for North America — including tool management, master data auditing, physical SKU measurement, label verification, and serve as the final approver before any SKU is activated
Lead Private Label workflows from initial request through design, versioning, costing, supplier confirmations, and final sign-off, while building scalable tracking, reporting, and a prioritization framework for which SKUs move to private label
Maintain and continuously improve master data accuracy across HelloFresh's supply planning ecosystem, ensuring validated inputs flow correctly to downstream tools across Supply Chain and Operations
Act as the primary cross-functional point of contact for SKU lifecycle questions — fielding and resolving inquiries related to labeling compliance, regulatory requirements, scan values, and master data from teams including Procurement, Culinary, Nutrition, Food Safety, and Sustainability
Serve as the business owner for the tools that support SKU lifecycle management workflows — providing informed input on global system requirements and actively contributing to global process design and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify process gaps, define ownership for ambiguous or newly emerging workflows, and drive continuous improvement across SKU lifecycle processes — including onboarding edge cases, non-standard SKU types, and new brand partnerships
All other duties, as assigned

You are…

Detail-oriented — You apply meticulous scrutiny to validate supplier-provided data against source information, consistently catching errors before they reach downstream systems or go-live decisions
A systems thinker — You understand how upstream data decisions ripple through supply planning tools and cross-functional teams, and you design processes with those downstream implications in mind
A clear communicator — You can translate complex data questions and process ambiguity into actionable direction for a wide range of stakeholders, from suppliers to senior leadership
Entrepreneurial— You're comfortable owning first-of-kind processes and building structure where none yet exists, without waiting to be told exactly how
Collaborative — You move cross-functional work forward, keep diverse stakeholders aligned, and influence without authority
Calm under pressure— You manage multiple high-visibility workstreams simultaneously — each with different stakeholders and timelines — without losing clarity or professionalism

You have…
4–6 years of experience in supply chain operations, master data management, product or ingredient development, or a closely related field
A demonstrated track record of owning and improving complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders across an organization
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with supply planning or ERP systems (e.g., Jira, or equivalent tools) is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume, detail-intensive work with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Food Science, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
