Job description
🎯 Role: Revenue Operations Hire
Alpaca Health is looking for a Revenue Operations hire to own the systems and workflows that keep our go-to-market engine running — from CRM architecture to the integrations that connect our internal tools, product data, and external platforms. You'll work at the intersection of business and engineering, building the infrastructure that lets our sales, CS, and growth teams move fast without breaking things.
New grads welcome. We'd love someone with a background in math, engineering, or software engineering who wants to apply technical thinking to real business problems.
🚧 What You’ll Do
Design and build complex HubSpot workflows to automate lead routing, lifecycle stages, and reporting across our sales and CS motions
Build and maintain automations in Zapier and Airtable to connect systems that don't talk to each other out of the box
Partner with Product and Engineering to scope and build integrations between our internal software, ERPs, EHRs, data lakes, and go-to-market tools
Evaluate, implement, and manage a range of B2B tools — from CRMs to marketing automation platforms — as our systems stack scales
Own the health of our operational stack: proactively monitor, diagnose, and fix broken integrations and automations before they impact the business
Translate messy, ambiguous business requirements into clean, scalable technical workflows
🧠 Who You Are
You're comfortable diving into tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Airtable and pushing them past their default use cases
You like solving puzzles — when something breaks, you want to know why, not just patch it
You can work directly with engineers on integration scoping, even if you're not writing production code yourself
You're excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment where the systems you build today need to scale 10x tomorrow
New grads: you don't need years of RevOps experience — we're looking for raw problem-solving ability and a genuine interest in the operations/technical intersection
