About the Role :
The position combines grant writing, research, donor relations, reporting, and management of the full grant lifecycle, and plays an important role in expanding Pitchon Lev’s philanthropic partnerships and funding base.
Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Grant Lifecycle: Research, write, and submit high-quality proposals, letters of inquiry (LOIs), concept papers, and renewals (primarily in English).
Funder Portfolio Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with philanthropic foundations, Jewish Federations, and institutional funders globally.
Impact Reporting & Compliance: Gather budgets, impact indicators, and relevant data from all organization’s teams to produce compelling impact reports and ensure full grant compliance.
Strategic Growth: Track philanthropic trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements :
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in grant writing, foundation relations, or institutional fundraising.
Experience as a philanthropic foundation representative – a significant advantage.
Proven experience writing successful grant proposals and professional donor reports.
Proven ability to translate social impact data into compelling funding proposals.
Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and deadline management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English; native-level English strongly preferred; Additional languages – an advantage.
