SUMMARY

Processes, and reviews, receive and deliver trade transactions through the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) for the United States market.

JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Settles trades and updates customer accounts complying with T+1 Settlement requirements.

2. Ensuring trades are affirmed through the Central Depository of the United States with applicable brokers meeting deadline times.

3. Processes trades which require manual enrichment.

4. Creation and review of daily reports performing reconciliation.

5. Research and resolve settlement fails, escalating to management for review.

6. Provides details to clients regarding missing data points and message requirements.

7. Provide high quality work by ensuring accuracy and reviews methods to improve and potentially recommend process efficiency.

8. Performs other functions as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years banking operations experience preferred.

2. Knowledge of finance fundamentals preferred.

3. Microsoft Excel and data enrichment skills preferred.

4. Strong mathematical and analytical skills required.

5. Good oral and written communications required.
