Job description

About Prizmah
Prizmah is the network for Jewish day schools across North America. We partner with day schools, yeshivas, philanthropists, and communities from all denominations, helping them grow their reach and impact and tackle the challenges on their paths to success. Educating our children is the most important investment we can make in their future. Jewish day schools inspire and nurture young people, prepare them for remarkable and meaningful lives, and enable them to thrive. Prizmah enhances the ability of schools to excel. Prizmah is building networks for schools and their supporters to connect, learn, and drive impact — deepening talent by investing in professional and lay leaders; catalyzing resources to generate funding for schools to flourish; and accelerating educational innovation, to foster teaching and learning opportunities that empower students. At Prizmah, we see what is possible for Jewish day schools, and we’re passionate about making that vision a reality.

Position Summary
The Parent Survey Project Director serves as the implementation lead and primary school-facing partner for the Prizmah Parent Survey. The Project Director manages the annual survey cycle from school recruitment and onboarding through survey preparation, administration, quality assuance, reporting, and findings presentations.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role requiring strong project management, relationship management, communication, and data interpretation skills. The Project Director works with school leaders, Prizmah staff, and external partners to keep the project moving, address implementation challenges, and ensure participating schools have a responsive, well-organized, and high-quality experience.

The Project Director owns day-to-day implementation and the participating-school experience, exercising independent judgment in managing the work and solving routine challenges in collaboration with the Associate Vice President.

Core Responsibilities
Lead Project Implementation
Manage the annual Parent Survey timeline, milestones, deliverables, and school-specific workstreams.
Coordinate participating schools, Prizmah staff, and external partners, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions when challenges arise.
Recruit, Onboard, and Support Schools
Support outreach to prospective schools through meetings, webinars, communications, and follow-up, helping school leaders understand the Parent Survey and determine which survey option best meets their needs.
Lead school onboarding and maintain strong relationships with participating schools throughout the survey cycle, ensuring expectations, decisions, materials, and deadlines remain clear and organized.
Coordinate Survey Preparation and Administration
Coordinate implementation of the standard Parent Survey and the customized parent survey process.
Work with Qualtrics and other partners to ensure surveys are accurately configured, tested, launched, and supported, while serving as a central point of contact for participating schools during administration.
Develop Reporting and Present Findings
Coordinate school dashboards and prepare school-specific findings presentations that highlight key findings, areas of strength, opportunities for improvement, and relevant benchmarks.
Present high-level findings to school leadership teams and facilitate conversations that help leaders understand their results and consider implications for school improvement and strategy.
Strengthen the Parent Survey Process
Identify opportunities to improve communications, onboarding, customization, reporting, presentations, and other aspects of the school experience.
Develop and improve systems, templates, and workflows that make the project more consistent, efficient, and replicable from year to year.
Qualifications
At least five to ten years of relevant experience in project management, program implementation, consulting, education, research, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects involving multiple organizations, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
Strong relationship-management and client-service skills, including the ability to build trust with organizational leaders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience facilitating meetings or presenting information to leaders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and school-specific needs simultaneously.
Comfort and experience working with survey findings, dashboards, descriptive data, and data-informed presentations.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with Jewish day schools or in the Jewish nonprofit sector.
Experience with survey research, evaluation, school improvement, or customer insight initiatives.
Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
Experience translating data into accessible presentations and facilitating findings conversations for organizational leaders.
