You're a Strong Fit if You Have
• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred

• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required
