Description
United Veterans Beacon House (UVBH) is seeking a Maintenance team member to perform general maintenance and repairs across properties to ensure safe functional facilities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years of experience in related field. 
Valid Driver's License.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, flooring, roofing, and landscaping, to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and operational.
Identify, report, and address maintenance issues discovered during inspections. 
Install, repair, and maintain appliances and facility equipment. 
Maintain exterior grounds.
