Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Conduct painting and drywall repairs as needed to maintain the appearance of our facilities.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory levels.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
Experience preferred, with knowledge of maintenance procedures
Physical Demands: Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting, moving, and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds; Exerting considerable force frequently, and/or intermediate force constantly to move objects and patients. Reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing, visual near acuity, bending, stooping and walking.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to effectively diagnose and repair maintenance issues.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
